I saw a documentary on allergies in which a doctor mentions that tomatoes can help lessen allergy symptoms but, “a substance in tomatoes can accumulate and cause joint stiffness.” I had never heard of this before.

Potassium is not good for Arthritis Patients.

Nightshades >>>>(Any of several plants of the genus Solanum, such as the bittersweet nightshade, most of which have a poisonous juice.) from diet reduced pain by about 50%, & flare level pain is equally reduced as well.

Nightshade family foods are: potato, tomato, eggplant, and peppers of the spicy and bell varieties. Black ground pepper is not a nightshade.

In addition to avoiding the whole foods, you must avoid most convenience & prepared foods, which frequently contain paprika or chili or other nightshade peppers in the “spices.” Most condiments & salad dressings, commercially prepared, contain nightshades unless verified by the manufacturer as NF (nightshade free).
