my dad is 55 and has arthritis in his knees, his doctor says it’s hereditary. how can i prevent arthritis from happening to me? Are there any foods or certain exercises that can help?

Exercises: AVOID running. Running is not for people with any kind of orthopedic problem. Biking is better, swimming is best.
The only impact food will ever have is if you’re overweight – the heavier you are, the more your knees will suffer. So, stay slim – but don’t waste your money on some special diets or food supplements. Instead, spend it on a nice bike or bathing suit
